    Managing Physical Stress at Workplace

    Pain of the upper limb is often due to physical activities, especially in the workplace. The symptoms can vary, but often include:

    Pain or tenderness, stiffness, tingling or numbness cramp
    Just a few minutes break can help to prevent problems. It is much better to take short frequent breaks than longer breaks every few hours.
    Physiotherapy treatment may consist , joint mobilizations , ultrasound etc.

    The aim of treatment is to increase the blood circulation in the surrounding tissues. This will help to release tight muscles and free up any nerves that may causing pain.
    Try to take breaks between hand activities, of a few minutes each half-hour or ten minutes each hour.

    Massage hands and arms to restore the circulation and refresh muscles and tendons.

    Stretch arms out to sides and above head keeping the spine straight and flexing fingers
